Once you choose your desired class, it’s easy to reserve your spot using our simple booking system. Early booking is encouraged, especially for sessions at peak times. We want you to feel prepared and excited before you even step through the studio door.
When you arrive, our trainers will greet you and answer any questions about the workout ahead. Equipment is provided, so there is no need to worry about bringing anything extra. Comfortable clothing and water are all you need.
During the class, trainers demonstrate each movement and provide options to suit differing abilities. Feel free to check in with them, especially if something feels challenging or unfamiliar. If you need extra support, there is always a helping hand nearby.
